Samsung announced the Galaxy S10 lineup on February 20 alongside the all-new Galaxy Buds, which the company launched specifically to compete against Apple’s already-popular AirPods.
To speed up the adoption of the Galaxy Buds, Samsung was offering the wireless earbuds completely free of charge to anyone pre-ordering a Galaxy S10 before the device becomes available for purchase.
But as it turns out, that promo has come to an end, as ordering a Galaxy S10 right now no longer includes the free Galaxy Buds.
Instead, what you get is a $130 eCertificate, which is pretty much store credit that you can use towards the purchase of other products. What products still remains to be seen, as Samsung only says the credit is available for “select products,” without actually offering any other specifics.
