Survey Shows Google's Android Beats Apple's iOS in User Loyalty, in the US
CIRP (Consumer Intelligence Research Partners) released on Thursday the results of a new research study on the mobile phone operating system consumer behavior in the United States.
The new research study conducted by CIRP was based on Google’s Android and Apple’s iOS mobile operating systems, showing how users remained loyal to one or the other over several years. More precisely, the survey reveals the fact that between January 2016 and December 2017, Android users were the most loyal compared to iOS users.
According to the research, Android user loyalty was between 89 and 91 percent during the period above, while iOS user loyalty was only between 85 and 88 percent.
