Samsung has released a new app for Windows 10, though this time, it’s only aimed at its very own devices, such as the Galaxy Book.
Called Quick Share, the purpose of this feature is to make it easier to share content between two Samsung devices, though worth knowing is that only specific models are supported at this point.
For example, Samsung explains that in addition to the Windows 10-powered Galaxy Book, customers can also use Quick Share with Galaxy phones and the Galaxy Tab tablet. The sharing takes place wirelessly and requires Windows 10 version 20H2 or newer.
“Quick Share is a device-to-device file sharing feature that allows you to quickly and easily transfer content saved on your Galaxy device to people nearby who have Samsung Galaxy devices (Galaxy Phone, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Book) using wireless communication technology,” Samsung explains.
