Samsung announced a voluntary recall of all Galaxy Note 7 smartphones and many had issues with how the company managed the recall operation, since the Consumer Product Safety Commission wasn’t involved. Now, Samsung made an announcement that it is indeed working with the Commission.
Samsung announced that it’s working with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), after the South Korean company announced a recall of all Galaxy Note 7 units, following reports of batteries catching fire.
Samsung also stated that the engagement includes working with the CPSC on a voluntary plan for expediting the US recall of the Galaxy Note 7.
