About one week passed since Samsung announced its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ during the Unpacked event in New York. While the two phones feature 4GB of RAM, rumors say that a 6GB variant could be made available in China soon.
The latest report from ETNews sheds some light on a Galaxy S8+ variant with 6GB of RAM that will be introduced in China soon. The smartphone will have a price tag of about $1,030 and only the Midnight Black variant will be made available to customers.
In addition, Samsung intends to offer a free DeX Station together with pre-orders of the new Galaxy S8+ variant. The DeX Station usually costs around $150. The premium Galaxy S8+ variant will most likely have the same specs as the previously announced model, but internal storage might be increased to 128GB, thus justifying the price tag that slightly… (read more)
