Samsung Galaxy S10 Shipped Unsealed to Some Customers
Samsung has started shipping the Galaxy S10 to the eager buyers who pre-ordered the devices, but as several of them discovered the hard way, many of the boxes arrived unsealed.
While this is something totally unusual for a new smartphone, several users confirm in a reddit discussion that this happens only in the United States, and the issue can’t be tied to a specific carrier.
Furthermore, it looks like the full contents of the box are still there, so while the package has previously been opened, nothing appears to be missing.
The mystery hasn’t yet been confirmed by Samsung, and some speculate that the South Korean company had to break open the box in order to install a screen protector or make other modifications to the device or the included accessories.
What’s in the box?
