A report that made the rounds a couple of weeks ago took the tech world by surprise: Apple is considering selling the iPhone 12 without a charger in the box in an attempt to keep the price at a lower level.
And while this decision could seem surprising at first, it might after all be something that makes perfect sense: many people already own a charger compatible with the new iPhones, and those who don’t can still buy one separately.
And by the looks of things, Samsung itself is a fan of this strategy, so the South Korean company is now looking into a similar approach for its future flagship phones.

A report from South Korean media reveals that Samsung is currently looking into the matter, albeit a decision on whether to remove the charger from new phone boxes is yet to be made.
