The Galaxy Note 7 comes with lots of improvements to its predecessor the Galaxy Note 5, especially when it comes to the S Pen. However, it seems that the stylus may cause issues to some users and get stuck in its water-tight silo.
Some users have reported on the XDA developers forum that the S Pen can get stuck if pushed too hard in its water-tight silo. It seems that a user pushed the S Pen inside the silo, just past the seal and it didn’t come out.
The user eventually found a way to recover the S Pen using a thumbtack to poke the seal and get the stylus past it. Apparently, if the stylus is pushed in too far, it can get stuck on the seal. Users should lightly push the S Pen and then wait for the confirmation click, as to avoid getting the stylus stuck.
