LG announced its latest premium smartphone last month, during MWC 2017 and pre-orders for the G6 have already been live in Korea for a few days now. Recent reports from Korea revealed that the G6 managed to record 40,000 pre-orders in just four days.
The numbers is quite impressive, as it means that 10,000 people pre-ordered the G6 per day and if they turn into actual sales, then the G6 is definitely off to a good start to become one of the top Android smartphones in this quarter.
The phone sells for $795 in Korea and it’s expected to hit shelves on March 10, while a global launch could be scheduled soon after that. LG offers its Korean customers up to $390 in pre-order incentives, including one year of LCD screen replacement warranty and an original case for housing the G6.
