HTC reported that its revenue increased by 41% in September compared to last month. The company recorded revenue of $417.9 million, the highest since November 2015. Year-on-year results also rose by an impressive 31.3%.
The company didn’t exactly disclose sale figures, but they will be made available in the Q3 financial report expected to come in the first days of November. Strong HTC 10 and Vive VR sales might have been the cause of HTC’s significant plunge in revenue.
In addition, HTC partnered with Google for developing two new smartphones, Pixel and Pixel XL. This means that the company might record even higher revenue in the last quarter of this year. Analysts have said that Google and HTC are expected to sell between 3 and 4 million Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones, but that remains to be seen.
