If you think you can tell apart two different phones, you might be considered some kind of guru in the United States, if we are to judge from the results of a survey conducted by decluttr.
The study, which included 2,000 adult Americans, revealed that approximately half of the respondents had no idea what phone they were using and couldn’t identify their device when looking at the full smartphone lineup of the same manufacturer.
Samsung Galaxy S9+ owners apparently are the ones who can tell apart their devices the easiest, as 71% of them correctly identified their model when inspecting Samsung’s product portfolio.
On the other hand, the hardest devices to spot were the iPhone XR and the iPhone 7 with 56% of the owners actually failing to point to their phones when looking at more iPhones.
