Google is known to be working on three new Pixel smartphones that are expected to launch later this year and it seems that one of them was just spotted on Geekbench. The benchmarked model carries the codename Taimen and appears to be running Android O.
Google Taimen runs the latest Android version, although the first developer preview for Android O was released several weeks ago. This shouldn’t come as a surprise considering that Google’s smartphones will be among the first to be announced with Android O on board and Google will surely test out the latest Android version on its Pixel phones. That being said, Pixel smartphones to arrive later this year will be manufactured by HTC.
