Google has just released the most recent security update for its Nexus and Pixel devices. March security update is now being pushed to compatible smartphones and tablets, but those who don’t want to wait can manually flash the corresponding factory images.
Moreover, Google has published the OTA files for the March security patch, so customers who own Nexus or Pixel devices can go ahead and download them.
The following devices have had their factory images and OTA files released so that you can update to March security patch: Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Pixel C, Nexus 9, and Nexus 6. As you’ve probably noticed, the Nexus Player has been left out from the initial rollout of March security patch.
