Samsung has been busy with conducting the recall procedure all over the world, the company intends to replace 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 smartphones because of faulty batteries. Users have the option to replace their Note 7 units with safe ones or get a full refund.
Samsung has just launched a new webpage that allows users to check if their Galaxy Note 7 devices need to be exchanged. The webpage displays information that shows if the Galaxy Note 7 device is in the list of affected units.
Samsung does intend to recall all Note 7 units sold outside China and it seems that the webpage could just be another confirmation for users to return their devices.
