It has been almost two weeks since Samsung announced a global recall of the Galaxy Note 7 and it seems that incidents involving the smartphone model continue to surface. Unfortunately, the incidents are becoming more and more severe.
The most recent involves a car catching fire on the highway. Apparently, the whole incident was caught on camera by Sharon Cain, which posted it on her Facebook account, according to WPBF.
The driver of the car, Clifford Samuels stated that he was charging his Galaxy Note 7 smartphone on the passenger seat, when the smartphone suddenly blew up. He blames the whole incident on the smartphone, which started at about 8p.m.
The authorities are currently investigating the incident
